What time will the Shabu kit be delivered?

Deliveries will occur Tuesday - Friday any time between 11 am - 5 pm. Unfortunately, there is no set time for when a delivery will be made.

Do I have to be home to receive the delivery?

No. If you are not home, we will leave the package on your doorstep or any designated delivery area.

How is the food packaged?

Every Shabu kit is packaged with an insulated box liner and ice packs to ensure food is kept fresh and safe to eat.

How many servings are in a kit?

There are two total servings in each kit. Two servings will typically feed up to two people.

When are the deliveries made?

All orders are delivered the next day, Tuesday - Friday weekly. Orders must be placed by 5pm PST the day prior.
