What time will DELIVERIES BE MADE?

Deliveries will occur Tuesday - Saturday any time between 11 am - 5 pm. Unfortunately, there is no set time for when a delivery will be made.

When are orders shipped out?

Please allow up to 1 business day for processing. Deliveries are made Tuesday - Saturday. If an order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or Monday, shipments will arrive on Tuesday. Friday orders received by 2pm will arrive on Saturday; otherwise will be delivered on Tuesday.

Do I have to be home to receive the delivery?

No. If you are not home, we will leave the package on your doorstep or designated delivery area.

How is the food packaged?

Food is packaged with an insulated box and liner, including ice packs, to ensure food is kept fresh and safe to eat.

Are all deliveries overnight?

Yes, all orders are overnight and shipped with UPS.
